I'm curious to hear what's brought you to this point.
Are you going through a painful transition?
Has the way you've lived your life until now stopped working in some way?
Are you experiencing anxiety or depression?
Or are you simply interested in getting some support to sink beneath the surface of what's happening in your life?
There are many reasons people might end up looking for therapy. Whatever the case, it's welcome in our sessions.
I don't promise quick fixes - although things can change suddenly. I see my role as being to invite you to come closer to yourself - particularly to those experiences that you might have spent most of your life keeping clear of.
My approach is informed by Psychosynthesis, Circling, somatic practices, parts-work and meditation.
Individual sessions are £60 per hour.
I also offer a block of 4 sessions for £220 when paid together.
You are welcome to book a free 30-minute conversation if you would like to meet me first - there is no obligation to book further sessions afterwards.
If it feels like a good fit, we will begin with an introductory session where we explore what is bringing you to therapy and what you are hoping for. From there, we will usually agree to a block of sessions and check in as we go.
Yes, all sessions are online via Zoom.
I work with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including:
I also work with individuals who are primarily seeking to explore their experience in order to gain greater awareness and capacity.
Once we have established a longer-term working relationship, I usually ask for three sessions' notice before finishing. This gives us space to properly close the work together.

As someone who tends to intellectualise everything, I knew I needed someone who could help me move beyond just understanding my emotions cognitively. Through our work together, I learned how to truly feel and recognise emotions in my body, not just analyse them. For the first time, something really clicked.
- Farah, ClientIf you are curious about whether therapy might be right for you, I would love to hear from you. No pressure, no commitment - just a conversation.
